Commission on Higher Education with Development Academy of the Philippines in partnership with the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges hosted an Executive CourseinEducation Management and Leadership to Presidents of state universities and colleges all over the country as a major component of the Executive Development Program for SUCs in order to observe and appreciate best modern practices in higher education instructions and establish  possible industry partners.
