ZSCMST Welcomes students, employees to the new semester in flag raising ceremony

The Philippine flag was hoisted once again at the ZSCMST grounds as the new semester officially commenced on Monday, January 12.

During the first flag-raising ceremony of the semester, school officials reminded employees to uphold public service and encouraged students to remain true to the mission and vision of the college.

Starting the semester on a positive note, ZSCMST President Roy Valesco extended his congratulations to the Cultura Symphonica Choral, which was recognized for winning 3rd place in the Zamboanga City Local Government Christmas Choir Competition held last December 16.

The ZSCMST Sharks Basketball Team also bagged the 1st Runner-Up trophy during the 2025 Philippine Collegiate Championship League organized by the LGU, also held in December.

New employees were likewise sworn in, strengthening the college’s workforce for the new school year.
