In accordance with the pertinent provisions of the Enhanced Implementing Guidelines of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Joint Circular No. 1, s. 2026, the Second (2nd) Evaluation Cycle for Faculty Reclassification is hereby OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS.

This evaluation shall cover all qualifications, accomplishments, and other relevant credentials acquired from August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2026.

All permanent faculty members who intend to apply for reclassification to a higher academic rank are requested to prepare one (1) hard copy of their complete application documents and submit them to their respective Institutional Evaluation Committee (IEC) on or before:

JULY 31, 2026

Applicants are advised to ensure that all documentary requirements are complete, accurate, properly organized, and compliant with the prescribed guidelines to facilitate a smooth and efficient evaluation process.
