ZSCMST Formally Opens Classes for Academic Year 2026-2027 The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology formally welcomes more than 7,500 enrolled students to new academic year 2026-2027 Monday, August 3, 2026. During the flag-raising ceremony, President Roy L. Valesco, Ph.D., described the opening of classes as one of the most joyous occasions for the State College.
