Pettit Barracks, Zamboanga City- The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology successfully presented key performances and indicators to the Department of Budget and Management during the 2025 Annual Performance review on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.

In attendance were ZSCMST President Dr. Roy Valesco, Vice President for Administration and Finance Dr. Alvin C. Reyes, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Rachel D. Lauriaga, Vice President for Research, Innovation and Extension Dr. Maila V. Pan, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services Dr. Rocelyn Alabata, Director for Finance and Management Services Mr. Eric S. Villanueva, Head of Budget Office Mr. Mark James A. Alba, Head of Planning and Programming Office Ms. Anne T. Saracho, ZSCMST Accountant Ms. Fiona Elisse Morales and Budget Officer Mr. Jehad A. Abubakar.

The Annual Performance Review is in consonance with Circular Letter 2025-2 which prescribes guidance for the conduct of the APR. The APR gauges an agency’s or office’s level of performance in terms of physical outputs and actual expenditures incurred during the delivery or production of goods or services. It also aims to recommend strong indicators and budgeting measures covering General Administration and Operations.

The review was headed by Rizelle Bethzaida Perez-San Diego, DBM’s Chief, for Technical Division.
