Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology officials joined the Regional Development Council session in Barangay Santiago, Pagadian City, on February 11, 2026.

The Joint Advisory and Executive Meeting Committee of the RDC invited ZSCMST to present and review its priority programs and projects for the coming year, 2027.

College President Dr. Roy L. Valesco presented and discussed budget summary proposed for the State College, along with college’s contingents, Dr. Alvin C. Reyes, Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Maila V. Pan, Vice President for Research, Innovation and Extension; Dr. Rachel D. Lauriaga, Vice President for Academic Affairs and Services; Mr. Eric S. Villanueva, Director of Finance Management Services; and Engr. Vincent Reyes Dr. Sta. Teresa, Head of Project Development, Monitoring, and Evaluation Office; Ms. Anna Florence T. Saracho, Head of Planning and Programming Office; and Mr. Mark James A. Alba, Head of Budget Office, among others.

The RDC Joint Advisory and Executive Meeting was presided by Sulu Province Governor Abdusakur Tan II.
