The Joint Advisory and Executive Meeting Committee of the RDC invited ZSCMST to present and review its priority programs and projects for the coming year, 2027. College President Dr. Roy L. Valesco presented and discussed budget summary proposed for the State College, along with collegeโ€™s contingents, Dr. Alvin Reyes, Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Myla Pan, Vice President for Research, Innovation and Extension; Eric Villanueva, CPA, Head of Accounting and Finance Office; and Engr. Vincent Reyes Dr. Sta. Teresa, Project Development Management and Evaluation Office, among others.
