The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST) successfully conducted a two-day “Needs Assessment Analysis Survey” for its adopted community, Barangay Victoria on January 14-15, 2026. This activity was organized by the Training and Extension Office (TEO) of the Office of the Vice President for Research, Innovation, and Extension (OVPRIE). It aimed to gather crucial data to align the college’s future extension projects with the actual requirements of the community stakeholders.

The collaborative effort of this diverse group allowed for a broad engagement with community members. The data gathered during this activity will serve as the foundation for the college’s community extension roadmap, ensuring that future initiatives are relevant, sustainable, and impactful.
