The conference proper and parallel sessions of paper presentations were held on April 28 and 29, 2025 at the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP), Obrero, Davao. Meanwhile, the Awarding Ceremony was held on April 30, 2025 at the Island Garden City of Samal Island, Davao. This activity was spearheaded by the Western Visayas State University (WVSU) and the University of Southeastern Philippines (USeP).
