The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology through the Guidance and Counseling Office, headed by Ms. Ma. Visitacion S. Emmanuel, spearheaded the Values Formation and Mental Health Program for the College of Maritime Education Students on September 25, 2024, at the MCLL Gymnasium, ZSCMST.

The Values Formation Program is an integral part of the total school program and is consistent with the Vision-Mission and Core Values of ZSCMST. This also highlights the institution’s commitment to prioritizing the well-being of its community.
