We extend our sincere appreciation to the Philippine Navy, Civil Military Operation Unit, Naval Forces, Western Mindanao spearheaded by LTJG NINO CUNAN PN, with the CMO operators for generously donating empty drums to Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST) on April 25, 2024.
