Following its visit to Ankara University, Turkey, ZSCMST is extending its partnership with Kastamonu University in Turkey. Dr. Jaime G. Jalon, the College President and Rector, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Hamdi of Kastamonu University inTurkey entered into a Memorandum of Understanding. Dr. Alvin C. Reyes, Vice President for Administration and Finance was with the College President. Along with the signing of Memorandum of Understanding, a collaboration meeting was held to discuss the agenda which included joint research projects, student and faculty mobility/exchange, visiting researchers/scientist programs, international conferences, resource sharing of library resources, laboratory training and others. The meeting concluded with a tour of the campus. All these academic opportunities were made possible for ZSCMST because of Commissioner Jo Mark M. Libre’s unwavering support.
