The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST) launched the ALCANZA Programme on October 3, 2026, at ZSCMST Site C, Victoria, Zamboanga City.

ALCANZA harmonizes individual sectoral ideas into a singular, cohesive ZSCMST Institutional Extension Plan that directly reflects national mandates and college targets. This program embeds robust social preparation protocols, risk management tools, and sustainability frameworks directly into our ground operations, ensuring our projects survive and thrive independently in the long run.

Through ALCANZA, ZSCMST reinforces its commitment to community-responsive extension, sustainable development, and meaningful institutional-community partnerships.
