The Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) Regional Office IX hosted the Opening Ceremony of the National Maritime Week Celebration 2026 on September 21, 2026, at the ZSCMST Dome.

With the theme “From Policy to Practice: Powering Maritime Excellence,” the celebration brought together representatives from various maritime institutions and government agencies.

The event marked the beginning of the National Maritime Week 2026 celebration, which will culminate on September 27, 2026.
