The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST), through the Sports and Development Office headed by Dr. Elenieta Capacio, hosts the Pickleball Referees Accreditation Course organized by the Pickleball Referees Organization of the Professional Pickleball Association of the Philippines (PRO-PPA) on September 11–13, 2026 at the ZSCMST Dome.

The three-day accreditation course provides participants with training on pickleball rules, officiating procedures, referee mechanics, on-court simulations, and practical officiating under the supervision and evaluation of accredited PRO-PPA officials headed by Dr. Manuel C. Paster.

The program will also include actual tournament officiating, giving participants an opportunity to apply their training in a competitive setting.

The course brings together aspiring referees, players, coaches, tournament organizers, and pickleball enthusiasts interested in developing their knowledge and skills in officiating.
