Pursuant to the CSC MC No. 6, s. 2012, otherwise known as the Guidelines in the Establishment and Implementation of Agency Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS), and with the College’s commitment to promote a results-oriented performance management culture, an Orientation-Workshop on the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) is being conducted from September 3-4 and 8-9, 2026.

The seminar-workshop aimed to:

1. Enhance understanding of the SPMS framework and the four-stage performance management cycle;

2. Align individual and office performance targets with the Colleges strategic plans, national education goals and legal mandates.

3. Develop SMART performance indicators aligned with the OPCR and the institution’s strategic priorities.

4. Strengthen the performance planning, monitoring, and evaluation processes by applying appropriate SPMS tools and methodologies.
