Researchers converge in Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology to improve the packaging of their research proposals, strengthening its chance for funding.

Topics discussed by DOST-PCIEERD Balik Scientist, Professor of Chemistry at Pace University in New York, USA, Dr. Elmer Rico Mojica, intend to equip and enhance researchers in their craft.

Zamboanga Industry, Energy and Emerging Technology Research and Development Consortium (ZIEERDeC), Department of Science and Technology Regional Office No. IX, gathered participants from Zamboanga Peninsula SUCs in a one-day event to discuss further emerging factors meriting topics the industry needs.

The proposals produced during the one-day training-workshop are intended to be submitted to the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (PCIEERD).
