A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was signed between the Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST) and the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association – Zamboanga City Chapter (PGCA-ZCC) on August 6, 2026 to strengthen collaboration in promoting mental health, guidance, and counseling services within the institution.

The collaboration aims to enhance the capabilities of guidance personnel while strengthening the delivery of guidance and counseling services for students, faculty, and staff. (end)
