The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST) has been awarded with ISO 9001:2015 Certification by TÜV SÜD PSB Philippines Inc. on December 10, 2025, in Pasig City.

College President Dr. Roy L. Valesco personally received the award together with Asso. Prof. Esther T. Lim, Director of the Quality Assurance Office; Mr. Eric S. Villanueva, Head of the Accounting and Finance Office; and Mr. Mark James S. Alba, Head of the Budget Office.

This certification recognizes the institution’s commitment to quality management and excellence in the delivery of higher education, research, and extension across all its colleges and academic units.
