The Zamboanga State College of Marine Sciences and Technology (ZSCMST) convened its 152nd Fourth Quarter Regular Meeting of the Board of Trustees (BOT), led by CHED Commissioner Michelle A. Ong on December 11, 2025. The meeting was held in a hybrid format—on-site at the CHED Central Office in Diliman, Quezon City, and simultaneously via Zoom teleconference.

The Board discussed key agenda items vital to the College’s continued progress and alignment with national higher education priorities.
