In line with the <\/p>\n\n\n\n

commitment to promoting employee well-being and a supportive working environment, the Human Resource Management Office, in collaboration with the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, Student Welfare Office, and Guidance Counseling and Testing Services Office,conducted a Mental Health Program entitled<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Empowered to Care: Psychological Awareness and Resilience for ZSCMST Personnel” on October 20, 2026, at the Audio-Visual Room, ZSCMST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program aimed to strengthen mental health awareness among college personnel, promote psychological resilience, and equip participants with practical knowledge on recognizing mental health concerns, providing appropriate initial support, and understanding institutional crisis response and emergency protocols.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
